The upgraded suite was amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and they even made custom smoothies. The location was convenient and there were many nearby restaurants and coffee shops.
The hotel is a bit far from the MRT, but they do provide a free shuttle bus service which made it easier for us to get around. Calling a taxi for the return route was a bit of a hassle, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
